Citibank telephone banking includes a dynamic interactive voice response system whose menu may be changed according to your current products and services.

| Through the Interactive Voice Response System, you may: |

Use a possibility of registered phone number.
- Call CitiPhone customer line at 233 062 222
- Prepare your Citi credit or debit card number and your T-PIN security code
- After entering your Citi credit or debit card number, authenticate yourself with your T-PIN security code
- If you have not yet registered a phone number, the voice system will offer this option immediately upon informing you of the current balance in your accounts
- You may register up to two mobile phone numbers
- If you have already registered a phone number and would like to register another or a different one, you will find the appropriate option in the interactive voice response system under Change in details and Registration of a phone number – this is where you may manage all registered numbers
- When you call from a registered phone number again, you will immediately be told the current balance on the bank or card accounts without having to authenticate yourself with your Citi credit or debit card number or the T-PIN code. For all other operations, you will need to authenticate yourself using the T-PIN code, as usual.
Activate Citi credit or debit card.
Activating your Citi credit or debit card through the activation line
- Please have your Citi credit or debit card number ready.
- Call the activation line at 233 062 233.
- Enter the first 6 digits of your Citi credit or debit card number.
- If you do not have your T-PIN code yet, please wait to be connected to a telephone banker who will walk you through the card activation.
- If you have already chosen your security T-PIN code, press "1" on your phone.
- Enter the 16-digit number of your new Citi credit or debit card.
- Authenticate yourself by entering your T-PIN security code.
- Enter your new A-PIN code for payments with the Citi credit or debit card at merchants and for ATM cash withdrawals
- Enter your new A-PIN code again
- Your new Citi credit or debit card will be activated.
If you have already selected your T-PIN security code, you may also activate your Citi credit or debit card at the CitiPhone customer line at 233 062 222.
Activating your Citi credit or debit card using the registered phone number
- When calling from a registered phone number, you must authenticate yourself by entering the T-PIN code
- In the main menu, select Card activation and blocking and then Card activation
- To conclude the activation, enter your new A-PIN code for payments with the Citi credit or debit card at merchants and for ATM cash withdrawals
- Enter your new A-PIN code again
- Your new Citi credit or debit card will be activated.
Activating your Citi credit or debit card through a non-registered phone number
- When calling from a non-registered phone number, please have your Citi credit or debit card number and your T-PIN security code ready
- After entering your Citi credit or debit card number, authenticate yourself with your T-PIN security code
- In the main menu, select Card activation and blocking and then Card activation
- To conclude the activation, enter your new A-PIN code for payments with the Citi credit or debit card at merchants and for ATM cash withdrawals
- Enter your new A-PIN code again
- Your new Citi credit or debit card will be activated.
Block Citi credit or debit card.
When calling from a registered number:
- After informing you about the current balance on bank or card account, the interactive voice response system will give you the option to press "1" to block your card
- The information on the current balance in your accounts may be skipped by pressing #
- You may also block your Citi credit or debit card in the main menu under Card activation and blocking and then Card blocking
Calling from an unregistered phone number
- After prompting you for your Citi credit or debit card, the voice information system gives you the option to press "1" to block your card
- You may also block your Citi credit or debit card in the main menu under Card activation and blocking and then Card blocking
Check the current balance on bank accounts.
- To check the current balance on your bank accounts, choose Balances and payments in the main menu and then Information on balances.
- The voice information system will give the following options:
o Balance on your checking account.
o Balance on your savings account.
- If you have several checking or savings accounts with Citibank, when you choose the account type, the voice system will give you information on the current balance on various accounts by account number.
Check the current balance on card account and the information from latest card account statement.
- Choose the Balances option in the main menu and continue to Credit card balances and limits
- If you have more than one Citi credit card, the voice system will let you choose the card account of the Citi credit card whose balance you are interested in
- If you only have one credit card with Citibank, the voice system will inform you immediately of the current balance on the card account
- You may then choose from:
- repetition of the balance.
- balance on the card account for another credit card (this option is included in the menu if you have more than one credit card with Citibank).
- information on the latest statement.
- If you choose the Information about the latest statement option, the voice system will read the following information:
- Date of issuance of the card account statement
- The current balance as per the latest statement
- Date of latest incoming card repayment
- Amount of latest incoming card repayment
Submit payment instructions.
- This option allows you to execute payment transactions within your accounts or payments in Czech crowns to predefined beneficiaries in the Czech Republic (beneficiaries can be predefined in the Citibank Online banking)
- This option is available only to Citi debit card holders
- To use this service, choose Balances and payments in the main menu, continue to Transfers and then choose the account from which the funds should be transferred, and other details.
- When entering the amount, the voice system operates on the assumption that the last two digits come after the decimal point (e.g., the transfer of CZK 1 needs to be entered as 100; the two zeros will be placed after the decimal point by the system)
Change A-PIN and T-PIN codes.
- The voice information system offers you the option to change your T-PIN security code or the A-PIN code for payments at merchants or ATM cash withdrawals using the Citi credit or debit card
- To change a PIN, choose Change in details in the menu and then Change the T-PIN or A-PIN code
Set eStatements in Citibank Online banking.
- In this section, you may manage the sending of eStatements in Citibank Online banking
- In the main menu, choose Change in details and then eStatements
- If Citibank has your e-mail address on file, you may easily set up the sending of eStatements through Activate eStatements
- If you would like to switch back to paper statements, choose Deactivate eStatements.
Pay bill for O2 services through Citi credit card.
- In the main menu, select O2 services
- Proceed to Payment of the O2 bill and then choose the type of bill you want to pay
- Payment of your mobile phone bill
- Payment for your landline or packages
Check Citi Life Premiums balance and redeem for rewards.
- In the menu, select the option Rewards balance or redemption (this option is available only to holders of the Citi Life credit card).
- To check your current balance of Citi Life Premiums, select Citi Life Premiums balance
- If you would like to redeem your Citi Life Premiums, choose the option Redeem your Citi Life Premiums. Afterwards, the voice system will offer the following options:
- Redeem your Citi Life Premiums for a credit amount on your card account
- Redeem Citi Life Premiums for Metropole voucher
- Use the Citi Life Premiums to cover the annual maintenance fee for the main credit card
- Convert Citi Life Premium to OK Plus miles of the Czech Airlines
- Citi Life Premiums can be redeemed in multiples of 500.

To access telephone banking, you must enter your debit or credit card number and your T-PIN security code in the interactive voice response system to ensure security and faster navigation. To streamline the communication and easily check the current balance on the bank or card accounts, you may use the option of a registered phone number.
How can you register your phone number?

Automatic access blocking
The interactive voice response system only allows three unsuccessful attempts to enter the T-PIN code.
Another unsuccessful attempt will block your access to telephone banking, and you will be connected to a CitiPhone banker.

If you have no Citi debit or credit card (e.g., because of its loss, theft, or expiry), press "1" on your telephone keypad when you are prompted to enter your card number in the interactive voice response system.
What should I do if I do not know my T-PIN code?
If you do not know your T-PIN code, please wait after entering your credit or debit card number. If the required data (T-PIN) is not entered, the system will automatically switch you to a CitiPhone banker.
Can another person operate telephone banking on my behalf?
No. Due to the legislation on private data protection, telephone banking can only be used by the owner of the respective Citibank product.
