| To accompany your checking account in Czech crowns, we automatically offer an international MasterCard payment card. With selected fee plans, you receive up to two payment cards and up to 25 cash withdrawals using these cards in the Czech Republic free of charge. The payment card also includes family travel and accident insurance and fraudulent misuse insurance. |

| Citibank offers the MasterCard CitiBusiness Banking and MasterCard CitiBusiness Platinum Select debit payment cards. |
|
| Depending on the type of current account fee plan selected, as many as two cards (MasterCard CitiBusiness Banking) are offered free of charge. |

| Services with the card: |
|
- Up to 25 monthly cash withdrawals in the Czech Republic free of charge (depending on the type of current account fee plan selected).
- Card withdrawals are shown immediately in your account.
- The card includes Family Travel and Accident Insurance for trips abroad with insurance coverage of up to CZK 3,000,000 and Fraudulent Usage Insurance.
- To enhance security, card usage is limited to places of business with online electronic terminals. The card is protected by a chip.
- Payments can be made at places of business the carrying the MasterCard logo.
- Internet purchases can be easily activated or deactivated as required via the CitiPhone customer line.
- The maximum daily limit on the account and on individual cards is CZK 100,000 (CitiBusiness Banking Card) or CZK 250,000 (CitiBusiness Platinum Select Card). The account owner may set a combination of daily limits on individual cards.
