Choose from the following message types using CitiAlert: For your checking and savings accounts: Incoming payment to your checking account - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you of an incoming payment in excess of CZK 500 to your selected Citi checking accounts. Failed standing order in your checking account - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you if a standing order previously set up in your selected Citi checking accounts fails to be processed. Direct debit / SIPO from the checking account not processed - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you if a direct debit or SIPO payment fails to be processed in your selected Citi checking accounts. For your time deposits: Time deposit maturity date approaching - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you that the maturity date for your time deposit is approaching. Time deposit renewal - an e-mail will inform you that your time deposit has been renewed. For your credit card: Credit card transactions - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you of your Citi credit card transactions in excess of CZK 500. Balance approaching the credit limit - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you that the balance on your Citi credit card has reached 90% of your total credit limit. Overview of credit card balance - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you that a statement displaying the most important information about your Citi credit card is now available. Current balance on your credit card - an SMS or an e-mail will regularly inform you of the current balance on your credit card and the remaining amount of credit available. Confirmation of receipt of credit card bill payment - an SMS or an e-mail will inform you that your credit card bill payment has been recorded in your Citi credit card account. You may, however, register for CitiAlert for other Citibank products you use: checking accounts, other credit cards, time deposits, or investments. What should I do if I change my e-mail or phone number? You may change your contact email or phone number at any time in Citibank Online Banking or via CitiPhone at 233 062 222. From that moment onwards, alerts will be sent to your new address or number. How much will I pay for the service? A monthly fee of CZK 29 will be charged in accordance with the current pricelist. The fee doesn’t depend on the type nor on the number of messages sent. Is it secure? For the sake of security, your account and card numbers are hidden with the exception of the last four digits.
