The eStatement is a PDF document and is identical to your paper statement for your checking or card account. It is available in PDF format from Citibank Online Internet Banking. When printed, it is a full paper statement.
You now have two eStatement options to choose from:
- An eStatement available at Citibank Online.
- An eStatement sent by e-mail.
How do I register for the eStatement service?
- In Citibank Online Internet Banking just go to the Account Info, section eStatements and sign up for eStatements.

What other advantages does it provide?
- eStatements are accessible at any time and from anywhere with internet banking or by e-mail.
- eStatements are safe. Access to internet banking requires a unique password, and statements sent to your e-mail address are protected by a safety code.
- They cannot fall into the hands of anyone else, which is a possibility with a paper statement.
- The structure of the eStatement is the same as that of a paper statement.
What do I need to be able to use this service?
You do not need to install anything on your computer to use this service. You will only need:
- Access to Citibank Online Internet Banking for the internet banking eStatement option.
- An e-mail address to receive your statement or a notification that you have a new eStatement ready in your internet banking.
- A program for reading PDF documents such as Adobe Reader 8.0 or above.

How do I know when I have a new statement?
Whenever you have a new statement ready in your Citibank Online Internet Banking, we will send you a notification to the e-mail address you entered when signing up for eStatements. With the eStatement by e-mail option the eStatement will be sent directly as an attachment.

Once I sign up for eStatements, will I continue to get paper statements as well?
An eStatement is a full version of a paper statement. It is actually the precise electronic form of your paper statement. So, if you choose to get eStatements, you will not get paper statements from us.

Can I go back to getting paper statements?
Yes. You can cancel the service by calling the CitiPhone customer service line or directly at Citibank Online Internet Banking. We would like to inform you that sending printed statements to your current account will be charged as per current pricelist.

How do I change the e-mail address where you send me eStatements or notifications that I have a new statement?
If you want to change your e-mail address, simply call our CitiPhone customer service line or change your address directly at Citibank Online. Click Change eStatements Registration in the Account Info / eStatements section. Clicking the Change e-mail address link takes you to the page where you can enter your new e-mail address. Confirm by clicking the Next button and on the next screen you accept by clicking Change e-mail address.

I have a supplementary card with Citibank. Can I also sign up for eStatements?
No. Only the main account owner or holder of the main credit card can sign up for this service.

What should I do if I forget my E-PIN?
If you registered for this service at Citibank Online and chose your own password, you can change your password here at any time. Previous statements will continue to be protected by your original password. If you do not know this password, you can download your statements directly from Citibank Online.
When signing in by other means your E-PIN is composed of your telephone number and the day and month of your date of birth.
