Why an electronic statement is BETTER than its paper version:
-
It saves you TIME – you can access your statement via Citibank Online Internet Banking the day after it is created.
-
It saves you SPACE – you do not have to archive old paper statements. You can access your statements from the last three years at any time in internet banking.
-
It saves you MONEY – eStatements are free of charge. Plus, if you need an older statement, you can get statements that are up to three years old, saving you from having a copy made.
-
It saves NATURE – choose eStatements and help us to protect the environment. Every month we can protect trees needed to manufacture 650,000 sheets of paper.
The eStatement is identical to your paper statement for your checking or card account. It is available in PDF format from Citibank Online Internet Banking. When printed, it is a full paper statement.
What other advantages does it provide?
- eStatements are accessible at any time and from anywhere with internet banking
- eStatements are safe, because only notifications are sent to you by e-mail when your current statement is ready in the secure internet banking environment
